Email support@smallstoriez.comParents and guardians can request deletion help by emailing support@smallstoriez.com with the subject line "Data deletion request."
To help us find the right information, include the email address you used to contact support, the device type, store platform, approximate purchase date, and a short description of the story, character, or request. Do not send extra child information that is not needed to identify the request.
You can also remove local app content from your own device using app controls and device storage controls. Deleting the app may remove content stored only on that device.
Smallstoriez charges $9.99 for one story creation through the App Store or Google Play. If payment succeeds but generation fails, contact support with your store platform, approximate purchase time, device type, and any error message shown in the app.
Refunds and billing adjustments are handled through the app store where the purchase was made. Smallstoriez can help investigate failed generation and recovery questions, but Apple and Google control store billing records and refund decisions.
Smallstoriez works best when a parent or guardian creates and reviews each story before reading it with a child. Avoid entering sensitive details such as home addresses, school names, medical information, financial information, passwords, or government identification numbers.
When using character photos, choose images you have permission to use. If the photo includes another person or child, make sure you have the right consent before using it in a story.
If a story, illustration, animation, or read-aloud experience does not generate correctly, try a shorter prompt with clear child-friendly details. Generation happens server-side after purchase validation, so network quality and store validation can affect the flow.
If the app reports an error, include the error wording, your device type, your app version if visible, and what you were trying to create when you email support. This helps Smallstoriez respond more quickly.
Privacy questions, parent consent concerns, and child privacy requests can be sent to support@smallstoriez.com. Read the full Privacy Policy for details about photos, prompts, AI processing, children's privacy, and deletion.
