Acceptance of terms
Smallstoriez is operated by Smallstoriez. By using the Smallstoriez app or website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Smallstoriez.
Smallstoriez is intended for use by adults, parents, and guardians who create or supervise story experiences for children.
Paid story creation
Smallstoriez charges $9.99 for one story creation unless the app store shows a different localized price. Purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play. A paid story creation is a consumable purchase that validates payment before server-side AI generation begins.
If payment succeeds but generation fails, contact support@smallstoriez.com with your store platform, approximate purchase time, device type, and error message. Refunds, charge reversals, and store billing adjustments are handled by Apple or Google according to their app-store policies.
Parent and guardian responsibility
You are responsible for the prompts, photos, names, and other content you choose to provide. You agree to use Smallstoriez only in a lawful, respectful, and age-appropriate way.
You should review generated stories, illustrations, animations, and read-aloud experiences before sharing them with a child. Smallstoriez is a creative tool and is not a substitute for adult supervision, education, medical advice, therapy, or professional reading support.
Your content and permissions
You keep the rights you have in photos, prompts, names, descriptions, and other material you provide to Smallstoriez. By using the app, you give Smallstoriez permission to process that material as needed to provide the requested features, including purchase validation, server-side story generation, character creation, illustration, animation, read-aloud support, storage, troubleshooting, restore, and safety-related operation.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload or use any photo, name, or description, especially when the content relates to another person or child.
AI-generated stories and images
Smallstoriez uses server-side AI-assisted features to create stories, character art, illustrations, animation-ready scenes, and read-aloud related experiences. AI output may be inaccurate, repetitive, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular child.
You agree not to use Smallstoriez to create content that is harmful, abusive, exploitative, sexual, hateful, violent, harassing, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate for children. Smallstoriez may refuse, remove, or restrict content or access when needed to protect users, children, the service, or legal rights.
Privacy and child safety
Smallstoriez handles information according to the Privacy Policy. Do not provide sensitive information that is not needed for a story, such as home addresses, school addresses, medical details, financial information, passwords, or government identification numbers.

Availability and changes
Smallstoriez may change, pause, or discontinue features as the app improves. We may update story generation, illustration, animation, read-aloud behavior, design, pricing, or availability. Purchase terms are shown before payment in the app store purchase flow.
We may update these terms when the service changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
Disclaimers and limitations
Smallstoriez is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the app or website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet every expectation.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Smallstoriez is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the app or website.
Intellectual property
The Smallstoriez name, website, app design, software, branding, and original materials are owned by Smallstoriez or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or misuse the app, website, or branding except as allowed by law or with written permission.
Termination
You may stop using Smallstoriez at any time. Smallstoriez may suspend or end access if use of the app or website violates these terms, creates risk, infringes rights, or harms children, families, other users, or the service.
